We offer free shipping in the US and worldwide. We ship packages using ePacket or EMS from our warehouse depending on the product’s weight and size. US warehouse packages are shipped via USPS.

Yes we do ship internationally. However, there are some locations we cannot deliver to, and we will contact you if your location is affected.
What about customs?
Please note that any custom fees for shipped items are not our responsibility. When you purchase our products, you agree that you may be subject to custom fees upon the package’s arrival in your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
If your tracking number hasn’t shown any updates and your order was placed over 5 business days ago, please get in touch with us. Please note that certain shipping companies may take between 2-7 business days for the tracking information to reflect in the system.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Due to logistical constraints, it’s possible that items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages, even if you’ve requested combined shipping.
